Continuous quality check
The path to the regular high quality of PB Swiss Tools begins with the controls during the delivery of the raw materials and is continued in the mechanical testing room and in the metallographic laboratory. Before we release a delivery of steel for the production, we check to see if the raw material fulfills the specifications of our tough elastic, hard spring steel.

Our inspectors carry out strict quality controls during the entire production of the tools. Hardness and torque tests, optical microscopes, a light emission spectrometer, an X-ray layer thickness measurement device and a scanning electron microscope (SEM) are used.

Since we produce all of our products at our own plant, our quality control is complete. Corrections and improvements are made directly and without delay in the production process. Our expert knowledge and the modern laboratory equipment guarantee a unique, consistent product quality, as well as continuous improvement.
