For years, we have been actively working to encourage and support women in establishing themselves in the industrial sector. Women make up one-third of our workforce and they hold positions across all levels.

As part of our efforts to inspire young women for the industry, we offer a tinkering workshop specifically for girls. This workshop offers them an opportunity to familiarize themselves with our company and the industry, while discovering their passion for tools and innovation.
