We can also be contacted via these channels if you also have quality issues. The provisions set out in the GTC of PB Swiss Tools shall apply. The sender shall bear the shipping costs for returns.
Which information do I need to provide PB Swiss Tools in order for the claim to be processed quickly?
Normally, defective tools need to be sent back to us. However, it is often possible to resolve the case via email. To do this, we would need photos in which the damage and the PB No. or tool serial number (S/N) are clearly visible. Please also send us your full address. Do all PB Swiss Tools tools and instruments have a lifetime guarantee?
Generally speaking, all PB Swiss Tools tools have a lifetime guarantee. Exceptions: A lifetime guarantee cannot be provided for tools and instruments with a limited service life (e.g. tools supplied in a sterile state).
